Webinar 4: Teacher Wellbeing

Teachers are better role models for their students when they are thriving themselves. After years of studying wellbeing theories, I have developed a program for teachers so that they may look after themselves, in order to support their students.

Based upon the foundations of positive psychology theory, the Well Role Model program will guides teachers through the steps you need to improve your wellbeing by

  • increasing engagement;
  • building positive emotions;
  • maintaining effective relationships;
  • looking after your health;
  • identifying your purpose;
  • energising your body; and
  • being mindful.

The program gives teachers the opportunity to build the things that are going well, and identify what they want to work towards.
